Deposit:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is due immediately.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel: Cancellations must be made in writing. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within the 8-week window before arrival, the full balance is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the property for your dates (in which case a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative costs).If we cancel: In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid will be given, with no further liability.

3. Check-in & Check-out Check-in:
From 4:00 PM onwards on your arrival day. Check-out: By 10:00 AM on your departure day to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

4. House Rules & Damages
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

5. Pets:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only (please adhere to our pet rules, such as staying off furniture).Breakages & Damage: Guests are expected to treat The Hollies with respect. You are liable for any loss, breakage, or damage caused to the property or its contents during your stay. A £350 refundable security deposit is due prior to arrival. If no damages have incurred, the full amount will be automatically refunded with 7 working days of departure
